Chandler has been tweeting about his stay throughout the journey. He typically checks-in to at 5:30 a.m. every morning and stops by Trump Tower for an hour before starting his 2,000 mile round trip in the late afternoon.
Tomorrow is an especially important day for President Trump’s Russia saga. The U.S. special counsel Robert Mueller is expected to have his office set up shop in the South China Basin area of downtown Washington.
Tuesday marks the one-year anniversary of the day that investigators began gaining access to former national security adviser Michael Flynn’s legal affairs. So, many expect the special counsel to file charges today, however they’ll reportedly try to delay the announcement until this summer at the earliest.
According to Politico reporter Michael Schmidt, the president has agreed to meet with Mueller’s team and could be questioned as early as next week.
